I'm 21 years old and live in London.
Graphic Design student and aspiring fit girl.
HIGHEST WEIGHT: 185lbs
LOWEST WEIGHT: 128lbs
CURRENT WEIGHT: I'm not weighing/measuring myself anymore to help recover from my problems with EDNOS.
Last time I checked I was 135 but I had been eating badly and not working out. My goal has always been to be around 120 but if I'm happy with the way I look and feel at 125 or even 130 then that's good enough for me!
I try to follow back most thinspo/fitspo blogs. Here's my personal/b&wphoto blog.
"Don't dig your grave with your own knife and fork."
"No matter how full of junk your past is, your future is always spotless."
HOW AM I DOING?
The truth is, unless you let go, unless you forgive yourself, unless you forgive the situation, unless you realize that the situation is over, you cannot move forward.
Anonymous: do you have a specific diet you go by?
Right now I’m eating crap but ideally I stay away from gluten as much as possible because it bloats me. Lots of lean protein (tuna, chicken, beef, tofu or prawns, eggs) with as much fruit and veg as I can handle (usually mango, berries, apples, asparagus, brocolli, butternut squash, spinach) and rice, quinoa or some kind of potato. Just pick healthy foods, fad “diets” never work. Neither does restricting. Just learn to like healthy stuff I guess and try making healthy treats like gluten free banana bread with peanut butter yum yum yum!
